Tony started out in the renewable energy sector nearly 20 years ago from a belief that solar power was the best way to produce real credible solutions for businesses that wanted freedom from the grid. Having successfully overseen hundreds of commercial solar installs in all different sectors Tony’s experience in the renewables sector is second to none.

Fiona’s role as Financial Director drives Sol PV Group’s financial health by working alongside each department head ensuring that we continue to grow in a profitable, long-term upwards curve. Fiona has developed an extensive network of key supplier partnerships over her years in the industry allowing Sol PV Group to offer some of the most competitive systems in the marketplace.

Michael McAthey is Head of Finance at Sol PV Group, leading the company’s financial strategy, governance, and reporting across its solar PV portfolio. With strong experience in financial planning, project finance, and commercial oversight, Michael supports informed decision-making and long-term value creation.

James has been in the renewables sector for over 10 years helping to phase out fossil fuels and helping meet carbon reduction targets. James assists with the company’s rapid growth and is responsible for monitoring projects and ensuring that all jobs are delivered and completed on time, within budget to Sol PV’s full potential. James also manages the schedule of work and delegates tasks to teams; to guarantee that each phase of the job is completed as planned.

Mark studied Physics with Astrophysics at The University of Manchester alongside Dr Brian Cox (BBC1), Mark heads up our design and survey team his experience is invaluable to Sol PV Group allowing us to offer the most productive, efficient and accurate solutions to our customers.

Joe has recently moved into the renewable energy sector, due to its continuing growth and admiration for clean energy. Joe has over 10 years of experience working with Computer Aided Design and qualified as a Building Services Design Engineer over 5 years ago. He is currently in the process of obtaining his project management qualifications and is extremely keen to continue to extend his knowledge in the renewable energy sector and use his skillset to make a positive impact for us at Sol PV Group Ltd.

Mark Raper is Head of Electrical at Sol PV Group, bringing extensive experience in the design, delivery, and assurance of electrical systems for utility-scale renewable energy projects. With over 30 years of experience, a strong background in high-voltage networks, grid connections, and compliance, Mark leads Sol PV Group’s electrical strategy, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards. His expertise plays a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth and operational excellence across its solar PV portfolio.

Dan Lambert leads Sol PV Group’s Energy Storage Division, bringing over a decade of experience in battery energy storage systems, technical operations and product innovation. Having played a key role in building the technical operation behind one of the UK’s leading battery brands, Dan has extensive expertise across battery technology, firmware, monitoring platforms, national technical support and installer training. His

Andrew brings extensive experience across solar PV, commercial sales, and business development, with a proven track record of delivering results at scale. Over the course of his career, he has sold more than 1,500 solar installations and managed operations across a further 1,100 systems, demonstrating both front-end commercial strength and operational understanding.

Tom has worked in H & S for a decade, starting out as a trainer and helping candidates achieve qualifications. Training in H & S and has many different qualifications within the H & S sector. Tom is currently undertaking a NEBOSH In Construction, this will support with managing the day-to-day H & S within the organisation, making sure that regular checks of equipment, workplaces and personnel through inspections and audits to ensure compliance with legislation and standards, providing assessments and training to the needs of the company.

Harry is a Project Manager at Sol PV Group, responsible for overseeing the delivery of solar PV projects from development through to construction. With a strong focus on programme, coordination, and stakeholder management, Harry works closely with internal teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Ian leads Business Development and Sales at Sol PV Group, driving commercial strategy, partnerships, and market growth across the company’s solar PV portfolio. With a strong background in renewable energy sales and project origination, Ian works closely with landowners, investors, and delivery teams to identify and progress high-quality opportunities. His commercially focused approach supports Sol PV Group’s continued expansion and long-term value creation.

Luke’s role as a design apprentice is helping in the design of commercial-scale solar PV systems, modelling panels and using industry-specific design software; such as Solar edge and PV Sol. Creating drawings to help generate customer proposals.

Marketing & Customer Service

Julie is an experienced customer service and administrative professional with a strong foundation in corporate support roles. She built her early career at Lloyds, where she served as Personal Assistant, gaining valuable experience in executive support, stakeholder communication, and organisational coordination.

Adoniah leads Marketing at Sol PV Group, shaping the company’s brand, communications, and market presence. With a focus on clear messaging and strategic positioning, Adoniah supports Sol PV Group’s growth by promoting its projects, values, and expertise across digital and stakeholder channels. Their work plays a key role in strengthening visibility and engagement as the business continues to expand.

Indy’s role as the office manager at Sol PV Group consists of administrative support, new starter set-up, management and maintaining office staff in line with the company. Helping to coordinate jobs weekly liaising with directors and the installation teams, maintaining databases, and collecting expense data along with health and safety support. Indy is eager to help the business grow and meet its full potential.
