The Role

We’re looking for skilled Solar PV Roofers to join our expanding delivery team. The main purpose of the job is to ensure our solar PV projects are delivered safely, on time, to the highest quality, and within budget.

You’ll support the successful execution of projects from development through to completion, liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders. The role involves travel to sites across the Midlands and occasionally further afield. Working away from home will be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of solar PV systems on commercial rooftops & ground-mounted
• Working closely with electricians and project managers to complete installations
• Ensuring high standards of health and safety and quality are maintained
• Representing Sol PV Group professionally on site and with clients
• Completing installation reports and handovers accurately
• Adhere to all safety standards and site protocols

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in solar PV roofing or a similar roofing background
• Comfortable working at heights and with various roofing systems
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
• CSCS Card
• Working at Height training
• Full UK driving licence
