Synertec’s Bristol site installed a 195 kWp rooftop solar PV system in July 2024. In the first year it generated 167,000 kWh about 30% above the 128,300 kWh design prediction cutting bills by £66,800 (vs £51,320 predicted), achieving an actual 34% demand offset and a predicted 3-year payback with 703% ROI over 20 years (IRR 75.70%).
Project Overview
Supporting Synertec’s sustainability strategy, Sol PV Group delivered solar PV across multiple UK facilities. The programme began at Synertec’s Head Office in Wellington and expanded to Warrington, Milton Keynes and Bristol following strong delivery outcomes and aftercare. Together, these systems provide long‑term bill reductions, resilience against grid price rises, and measurable progress towards carbon goals.
