Marshalls PLC

Sittingbourne | 2023

We are extremely proud to continue our ongoing partnership with Marshalls PLC and have recently completed our second project at the Sittingbourne site. Marshalls appointed us to install the 250kW system last December after we successfully fulfilled the O & M for the first solar PV install at their Sandy site. We are currently collaborating on several other sites with the goal to get all Marshalls sites running with solar PV by 2024.

DMM Ltd

Llanberis | 2023

Founded in 1981 as Moorhouse Engineering in Bethesda, soon to become DMM Ltd and move to more suitable premises in Llanberis in 1986, the company celebrated 30 years of manufacturing in 2011. In 1981 the company employed just four people, and now almost forty years later are an important employer in this area with just over 200 men and women on payroll.

Sol PV Group worked alongside DMM Ltd over a period of 18 months. This allowed us to fully understand their site's layout and consumption profile, enabling us to create a tailored solution to their power requirements.

We extensively surveyed their roofs and compiled an accurate study which resulted in one of their roofs requiring full over clad before solar PV works could commence. We guided DMM Ltd throughout the whole process and also helped them obtain significant funding for the project. We have completed PHASE 1 which includes both 135 kW and the newly re-clad roof.
